I-Care Medium Mattress

We work very hard to ensure we offer the absolute Best Prices Online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us, please let us know and we will match or beat their prices.

Simply email shop@doctoroo.com.au the link to the product on our competitors website within 7 days from the date of your order and we will process the refund accordingly.

Our Lowest Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• The Price Match Guarantee takes everything into account including item price plus shipping.
• Promotions such as rebates and "buy one, get one free" offers are not eligible.
• The item must be in stock on the competitor's website
• The website can not be a discounter or auction website

If you want to check if we can price match a product before you place your order, please contact us.

We strive to deliver your products to you as soon as we can at the cheapest price possible, and we work with a number of reputable suppliers and shipping companies Australia-Wide to achieve this.

Order Processing & Delivery:

• Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 12-48 hours (however, some products such as Mobility Scooters may take longer e.g. 3-5 Business Days).
• We utilise a number of reputable couriers to deliver your package such as StarTrack, TNT, and DHL and the courier used will depend on your parcel size, availability and cost at the time of booking.
• As soon as couriers have been booked to pick the parcel at our warehouse, we will send you a notification by email.

Order Shipment:

• Shipping will vary depending on the location your product is shipped from and the delivery address.
• Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Metro NSW and VIC: 1-3 Business Days
• Metro QLD, ACT, and SA: 2-4 Business Days
• Metro WA 4-6 Business Days
• Rural NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and TAS: 3-6 Business Days

Please note that if your state currently has border closures in place, shipping may be delayed by 1-3 extra business days, and some orders may need to be cancelled - of which we will notify you as soon as possible.
