Absolutely! We are a Nationally Registered NDIS Provider, servicing NDIS Participants and many others across the country.
Our NDIS Registration Number is 4050078746 and our SAI Global Licence Number HDS41641 - this ensures we have passed stringent quality and compliance standards with a third party independent auditor.
We are able to process orders for Self, Plan & Agency Managed Participants.
How fast do you ship out?
Over 95% of our orders are shipped within one business day, but some products such as Lift Chairs can take up to three days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times will vary depending on where you are located:
Metro NSW and VIC: 1-3 Business Days
Metro QLD, ACT, SA: 2-4 Business Days
Metro WA: 4-6 Business Days
Rural NSW, VIC, QLD, and SA: 4-6 Business Days
NT and Rural WA: 5-12 Business Days
Which courier will deliver my package?
We utilise a range of shipping companies to deliver packages throughout Australia such as StarTrack, DHL and TNT. The shipping company we use depends on the size of your package, availability of couriers and price.
Do you have a showroom or shop?
At this stage we do not have a showroom or shop, and our entire catalogue is online and we strive to provide you with the best prices, service and shopping experience. If you would like to see the product in person you can try Googling the [Product Name] + [Your Suburb] to find your nearest retailer. Remember, we can beat any price by 5% and offer the best returns policy, support and product servicing.
Can I pick up my product?
Due to health concerns and limited staff our warehouses do not offer pickup services, but we do offer fast shipping direct to your doorsteps.
